CURRENCY
Writing Works Ltd is a New Zealand business, and all prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We accept the following credit cards: Visa or Mastercard. The name that will appear on your credit card statement will be Writing Works Ltd.
DELIVERY TIMES
Within New Zealand: 5 to 7 working days from receipt of order
Outside New Zealand: 21 to 28 days
PACKING & POSTAGE
Packing and postage is NZ$5 within New Zealand. This will be added automatically at Checkout.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as we do not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us and we may arrange a replacement.
